This is the 3rd Toyota I have owned in 5yrs. One of them was bought at another Dealer Ship. I have never had a problem with any of the Employees here at Kim's and especially with the Service. When I come for my scheduled maintenance depending on what is being done depends on how long it takes. Also, before anything is done the service dept. checks everything out and and I get a run down of why and how much it's gonna be to get everything done. If and when I come in with my husbands Toyota ( and his has body issues due to a couple of deer ) they get right on the vehicle. The employee's here are very friendly and the service is fast and I've never had a problem with the work or having to bring the vehicle back so they could redo something and the best part is when I drive up and someone comes to my vehicle before I get out and they say: Hey Ms. Blue how're you doing today and what can we do for you. It doesn't matter how cold, hot or wet it is concerning the weather everyone is always kind and they always have a smile on their face. The price for maintenance is reasonable also. I've never had to put out thousands on getting maintenance done when I come, it's easy on the pocket book as they say. I've bought two trucks from Kim's and have enjoyed both of them and I will continue to buy from Kim's because the salesmen work with you to get you in what you can afford. That's saying alot because my husband was a Chevy Man and I used to drive nothing but a Ford. We love our Toyota's and we always have a good experiance when we come for Service here at Kim's. I tell people all the time we buy from Kim's and we get our Service done at Kim's. Have A Good Day!!! More

DO NOT EVER GO TO "Kim's No Bull Chrysler" Dealership in Laurel, MS...It is the worst place to purchase a vehicle and also to get your car serviced...They won't properly service your vehicle and will not fi Laurel, MS...It is the worst place to purchase a vehicle and also to get your car serviced...They won't properly service your vehicle and will not fix any problem...I tried talking to the Service manager, James, about a problem I was having with my '06 Chrysler Van. He didn't want to hear me out and literally talked to me like dirt. He then proceeded to tell me not to come back and briskly walked away. No customer service at all. I've been a loyal customer for 8 years now and about 99% of the time I've always had a problem in their service department, and yet gave them many chances...The Quality of service is exceptionally bad and on top of that, The Management is much worse...I will never ever do business with these incompetent people ever again...I do not recommend any one going to this place for whatever reason. You'll be much better off going somewhere else. More

I was a bit perplexed about which model to get, or even what size. I hog hunt quite a bit. I carry my Black Mouth Curs with me, so I need a REAL off road capable SUV. However, I also have to use m SUV for work and I travel a lot. Well Sales Manager Spike Richards took the time to gather all of my requirements, give it some thought, and he showed me two great options! I wound up choosing a New Toyota Sequoia 4X4 from Kim’s Toyota here in Laurel Mississippi because of the great service I always receive and I got the Kim’s No Bull Best Price!! Kim even came down to speak to me and congratulate me on my new SUV. So I got a Great Deal on a New Toyota and Great Rates which is always helpful. When I discovered their mistake they corrected it, but I later found that my daughter had t charged me for two extra quarts of oil each time I came.
