We have had some not-very-pleasant experiences with car dealerships and pushy sales people, so we were very pleased by the way your salesman, Randy Davis, guided us through the entire process. He helped us focus our search and decide what equipment and features we wanted and didn't want. He put me behind the wheel for a test drive, which did the trick. It "sold" us on buying a Kia. That, and learning how highly JD Power rates Kia vehicles, especially the Soul. It's one of the best and most dependable cars on the road. Randy then guided us through the paperwork, explaining the financing and everything in that process. The dealership gave us a good deal on our trade-in, and the bottom line is that we drove home in a brand new car that we are very happy with. I always recommend Kia and Premier to anyone I know is thinking of buying a new car. More
