After numerous oil changes and warranty repairs, King Acura has done a great job with taking care of the problems in a friendly and efficient manner. The only complaint that I've had is that they forget to call when the car is ready, but with a brand new Acura as a rental, I cant complain too much. More

Called about a warranty issue rendering the car extremely unsafe to operate on Saturday at 8am. No one was available to speak so I left my number. Call was not returned until just before closing and the person who returned the call didn't have a clue. The service manager ultimately returned the call at 10am on Monday. I told him that I would not be doing business with King if my calls couldn't be returned sooner. He said that was fine, King didn't want my business. The call ended. More
