I purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot last week from King Honda in Auburn. I was never pressured to purchase, I've purchased quite a few cars over the years, and i Must say that King Honda has my business and I will not hesitate to send family and friends their way. The Sales Manager, Randall, gave me a fair price for my trade, and answered every question that I had without acting like i was wasting his time, like most Managers do in the car business. The owner, Dave King, actually came out to introduce himself while I was there.

"Best Honda Dealer in the Region!!!!!"

Walked in and was immediately greeted by a beautiful young lady at the front desk who was eager to make sure I spoke to the right salesman and extended every ounce of quality customer service. While I waited, I was offered snacks and beverages and a pleasant conversation until a salesman was ready; they were quite busy when I walked in. Once I chose a vehicle, the salesman offered a test drive and afterwards i was immediately sold!! My salesman was Michael Pitts, who was AMAZING!!!! He got me the absolute BEST DEAL, was a pleasure to do business with and made sure I walked out of the door nothing less than satisfied and confident with my purchase. Also, the finance manager Jeff Stewart, went EVEN FURTHER to make sure I received the best financing deal!!! I mean no lie, these two guys made my car buying experience unforgettable!!! I now own a beautiful 2015 Honda Accord and very confident and pleased with my purchase. When this car dies, I WILL be back to King Honda for another one!!!!

"Unprofessional, Unhelpful, Didn't earn my business!"

I drove 50 miles to look at a Honda Odyssey and was extremely disappointed. The salesman I first spoke to knew nothing about the product (I could forgive that because he was new to the job) so I asked to speak to a sales manager because I had some questions that the first guy couldn't answer. The manager gave me a look like I was inconveniencing him (strike 1). I asked him if he could give me some pricing options on a few models and he said it would be very difficult (funny...the Toyota guy gave me several different models with prices - strike 2). I told the manager that I couldn't do business with him unless he could give me actual prices to compare and that he was competing for my business between a Toyota and Honda dealer to which he replied that he wasn't (strike 3). What kind of manager doesn't think the customer has an option between car brands??? I've never met a sales staff that was not willing to work with a customer to provide every bit of information possible to make a sale. It was like these guys wouldn't even talk to me unless I promised to buy a car from them on the spot...sorry I don't make $35k decisions on the spot! I've also never met such a rude manager. A good manager helps a customer and earns their trust. If this is what you want, DON'T shop at King Honda in Auburn!

"Was aweful"

Not only was I pressured into the start of signing papers before I even was able to look around, the dealership ran my credit numerous times. My credit rating took a bit of a fall because of that. (it is now back to normal) and when I saw a moment to run, salesman didnt let me get a word in at all, I did. Not an hour later. The salesman came to my house. He got my address from my license and showed up at my door step. Very unprofessional and very nerve racking. Such a shame one of the very few honda dealerships in this town looks like a crackhead building. A sneeze would knock the building down. A terrible experience.
