In May of 2025 my son’s old car stopped working. It was a time where used cars were expensive and hard to come by. We were looking online and at different dealerships when we found a Honda CRV at Ki It was a time where used cars were expensive and hard to come by. We were looking online and at different dealerships when we found a Honda CRV at King Honda. However, by the time I made a move, the car was already sold. My friend hat purchased her vehicle from King Honda and spoke highly of this dealership. So we drove to Opelika to see what we could find. David was the sales person. They had a Honda CRV that was a little more expensive than I had in mind. We looked at it, but I wanted to rethink the purchase. David told me that vehicles like this go fast and I should put a down payment on it. I decided to wait. However, the next day I acted on it and told him I would like to purchase it. I couldn’t find a ride to the dealership. No problem, David picked me up in Columbus, GA. The sale went very smooth and professional. They even found a financial institution for the loan. When I got in the car the tire light was on. I was assured that everything was ok and checked out. The car was sold as is. Driving the car home was no problem. My OCD son was happy, but found a speck on the sealing. He got in touch with King Honda. Since allot of his friends are mechanics and he is overly picky, he heard some noises. Back to the dealership and a possible $180 to get the car checked. They kept the car for a few days, cleaned the speck on the sealing and found some issues when I got a call from Mr. King himself. He told me that he had taken care of the issues and there was no charge for the repairs. Wow! What can I say. Mr. King of King Honda and all it employees provided excellent customer service!
