As always King Hyundai and their staff did not disappoint . I have 2 Mercedes Gwagons and an Hyundai Santa Fe . The service at King Hyundai by far beats any service I have ever had at Mercedes . Greg Abbey was my service person, he was very friendly, courteous knowledge regarding the service I needed for my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe and went over everything in detail with me what was going to be done courteous knowledge regarding the service I needed for my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe and went over everything in detail with me what was going to be done. I don't drive a lot so my mileage was very low for my car being 2 1/2 years old. I am giving Greg 5 stars, if I could give him 10 stars he would be worth it. I was very pleased with the service I received as well as the young ladies in the service team office. This will probably be the last car I purchase, however, I do recommend this dealership to everyone i talk to.. More

Horrible communication. I had an appointment at 9am and 6 minutes before they called to tell me the tech wasn’t working that day and then when i call back Greg didn’t even a I had an appointment at 9am and 6 minutes before they called to tell me the tech wasn’t working that day and then when i call back Greg didn’t even answer. They are not professional and are a rip off. Girl at call center was the only positive. DO NOT USE THEM More
