I arrived at Hing Hyundai late on a Friday afternoon and was calmly and professionally greeted by Robert Cassieri. He listened to my needs and situation. Showed me a great car that fit my needs and budget, was calmly and professionally greeted by Robert Cassieri. He listened to my needs and situation. Showed me a great car that fit my needs and budget, then went for a test drive. Since it was my first day looking, I wanted to see others. I called Robert early the following week, and was advised the car was sold. Early the following Monday morning, Robert contacted me that a very similar car came in over the weekend, I checked it out and bought it. Because of Robert's follow I have a really nice car. His pricing remained fair and he was never pushy. Being a used car, there were some very small issues, parts needed to be ordered etc. He is still following up to make sure the car is right. I highly recommend contacting Robert Cassieri at King Hyundai, he will make your buying experience very pleasant. More
The price was great (we took bids from several area dealers), everyone was friendly and they did as much car preparation and paperwork as possbile before I went to the dealership to sign. I had a very limited experience with Anthony at King Hyundai, but that limited experience was unbelievably negative. Having received an initial quote from another dealer, I simply asked whether they co Hyundai, but that limited experience was unbelievably negative. Having received an initial quote from another dealer, I simply asked whether they could beat the offer. Next thing I know, Anthony is trying to tell me that no Hyundai can be sold without a first aid kit, mud flaps, rear bumper appliqué, an iPod cable and car mats and that the number I was given by the other dealer could not possibly be true. When I expressed my disbelief, Anthony told me I wasn't appreciating his honesty. He then threw in that it was just $230, implying that I shouldn't care about that amount of money. Finally, when I made clear that I wasn't going to accept his "honesty", he told me I needed to put a dollar value on my time. I can only assume he meant that the more I fought, the lower the price could get, but that he would make sure I had to put in a lot of time, which is weird, as I took it more of a threat than a piece of friendly advice. He suggested I go try to find the car at my price, which he said didn't exist. This was the only useful thing he said to me, as I took him up on the advice to seek out the original offer, where I got the deal I was looking for (better than the offer) without having to hassle and be made to feel like an idiot. More
This was probably the most pleasurable experience I've had in leasing a car. Both Chris and Michael were excellent salesmen, and explained all of the options available for my lease. Late Saturday afternoon we called to see how late dealer was open. Sales mgr, Michael Hollingsworth indicated, 8 PM. We arrived about 5:30. We had an amicable discussion regarding the used care we were interested in and agreed to a price and work they were willing to do to improve interior of an 8 yr old car that was otherwise in very good condition. On Tuesday with all paperwork done, we picked up the car, very satisfied with work done. We spent the most time with Lon Lonker who showed a very caring and helpful attitude in all our dealings. We would not hesitate to work with this dealer again, if it had a vehicle we were interested in. More

The employees at the dealership were very kind and caring. Even when it started to rain, Michael offered his own car to give my wife and me a ride to the car so that we would not get wet. First off, I should've written this review two months ago but I have been so caught up driving and enjoying my new 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander GT that I purchased at King Mitsubishi. I went to King Mitsu o but I have been so caught up driving and enjoying my new 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander GT that I purchased at King Mitsubishi. I went to King Mitsu on a whim after being severely disrespected and disappointed at my local Mitsu dealership where I originally bought my 2007 Outlander XLS. I was at my local dealership for some service work and while I was waiting I approached the sales department to see if any Outlander GT's were in stock or on order. A few months earlier I spoke with a salesman about buying a new upgraded Outlander, at that time he said he didn’t have an Outlander GT in stock and stated that it was doubtful he could find one that met my specifications. He further insulted me by suggesting that I really didn’t want a new Mitsu and that I would be much happier with a Subaru instead. I looked at the Subaru's and even test drove one that he recommended but in my opinion it didn't even come close to my 5 year old Mitsu. That salesman was not working on this day when I went back and no one in the sales department could be bothered to help me so I browsed through the very limited models they had on the lot. Needless to say there were no GT's there. I then returned to the service department only to find out that no work had even been done on my Outlander because the computer showed that my 5 year warranty expired 2 days earlier than the 5 year anniversary of purchasing the vehicle. When I questioned the service rep about the discrepancy he became belligerent and dismissive. After a brief heated exchange I left the dealership knowing I was getting nowhere fast. After cooling off at home for a while, my mom suggested looking at another dealership to see if they could help me. I arrived at King Mitsubishi still disappointed and upset from the events earlier in the morning. Lon greeted us when we walked in the door and I told him what I was looking for and how long I have been looking for it and how I've been unsuccessful in finding it. I also told him about the events from earlier in the day and then I told him that if he could find it I would buy it. Lon explained that he didnt have a Outlander GT on the lot but he was confident that he could find one to meet my specifications. Lon introduced me to Michael and explained my situation to him and Michael without hesitation began the quest to find my new Outlander GT and take me up on my challenge to "find it today and I'll buy today". In just those few moments Lon and Micheal were able to take the first steps in breaking up the black cloud hanging over my head. While Michael scoured the nation to find my new Outlander, Lon and I talked about the upgraded features in the new GT. I was pleasantly surprised to find someone that was knowledgeable with the Mitsu lineup. As the day progressed Michael found a few different cars but the features weren't exactly what I wanted, so he continued his search. Finally Michael found a GT that had everything I wanted except for the color I wanted, but Michael and Lon sharpened their pencils and made me an offer that I couldn't refuse. Words can not express how amazing Lon and Michael were. They worked tirelessly to find my new Outlander GT. They never gave up they never dismissed me and never told me I should just settle on something that was available or suggest I just buy a different brand. I never do anything on a “whim”. I try to be very careful and knowledgeable whenever I make a major purchase. This is one time I am glad I made the decision to “check out” King Mitsubishi and I recommend Lon, Michael and the Dealership very highly to anyone considering buying from them. I love my new Mitsu! ……and Lon, Michael, please accept my apology for taking so long to review my experience. You guys were GREAT! More
