Purchased 2nd vehicle due to favorable exp. first purchase. Used vehicle supposedly was safety checked prior to placing for sale. When drivers side mirror was pointed out to sales rep and customer s purchase. Used vehicle supposedly was safety checked prior to placing for sale. When drivers side mirror was pointed out to sales rep and customer service rep, they agreed the mirror would be "resolved". Taken to shop on 2 occasions, both times shop refused to make repair. Elevated to Ian Burlakoff, he said he'd look into it, and call back. No calls. Repeated calls resulted in Ian hiding behind his secretary, refusing to make adjustment as sols "as is", regardless of sales and customer service agreeing to do repairs. Reps at sales level try, but receive little or no backing from the G.M....I'll not return to King, and discourage any other potential buyers from visiting the dealership...You can do much better at Rick Case, just a few miles away. Good luck. More

We spent 5 and one half hours at the dealership between the time we walked in for our test drive and the time we finally drove out with the car of our choice. Lots and lots of paperwork and lots of time "waiting around." When shopping for a new 2012 Hyundai, I was fortunate to encounter Sig Buster. He was very professional and knowledgeable without being pushy. Because my last car was purchased in 1999, I understandably h encounter Sig Buster. He was very professional and knowledgeable without being pushy. Because my last car was purchased in 1999, I understandably had a lot of questions about the new features and technology. Sig was very patient and explained all of the options without any pressure to buy. In addition, my mother is elderly and it is important that I help her with weekly grocery shopping. So Sig allowed me to conduct the basket test and see if it were possible to store a lightweight aluminum basket in the car: either in the trunk or in the back seat area. The Hyundai Sonata and Elantra passed the test in flying colors. There was more than enough room for storage. I highly recommend working with Sig because he does not use high pressure tactics when showing the car. More

After a very rocky start at King Hyundai, I got very lucky to meet Gino and Wes. I had a lot of problems with my leased car and they both fought hard to help me and make me feel comfortable with my new lucky to meet Gino and Wes. Mother came to buy a used car, but after Michael looked at her credit ability to purchase a car, my mother decided that she was pleased at a wonderful deal in purchasing a new Mitsubishi/Galant that was offering a $3500 rebate. There was no pressure from any of the three employees... only a Very pleasant, delightful, focused transaction. WOW!
