I really don't recommend this dealer, I went through one of the most embarrassing situations of my life, I spent 4 hours for nothing, I went with my wife to buy a 2022 tucson, I gave all the information to of the most embarrassing situations of my life, I spent 4 hours for nothing, I went with my wife to buy a 2022 tucson, I gave all the information to finance the car, and the answer I got was that I had been approved to do the financing, I put all my things in the new car, and after another hour the finance manager said that I could not be approved in the car, I never thought about going through a situation like this, I lost 5 hours of my time for nothing, the car would be for my wife and ward was practically already in the car, when the finance guy said he didn't have the approval, I'll never go back to that place, I'll call the custom service and talk to the customer of the brand is treated like garbage, I really don't recommend this dealer to anyone! More

We just picked up our new Kona about 2 hours ago. On the way home we hear a loud noise in the engine bay for about 6 seconds. 10 minutes later AC quits and engine overheats. Fan belt is still on.My guess i way home we hear a loud noise in the engine bay for about 6 seconds. 10 minutes later AC quits and engine overheats. Fan belt is still on.My guess is pre delivery at King left something on top of engine that fell and wiped out AC clutch and waterpump? I call King. They said call Hyundai roadside assistance. Roadside says about 90 minute wait? I would have thought King would have sent someone with a loaner and their person would await roadside assistance? Nope, apparently at King Hyundai once they have your money, all those service promises turn to dust. As an aside, our sales person, Harry was courteous and professional. It is the management that falls short. I would recommend avoiding King Hyundai in Deerfield Beach. More
