Car leasing can often be a daunting task with many complexities but Tommy turned it into a seamless and pleasurable experience. His in-depth knowledge of the cars in the inventory and the willingness to give detailed explanations about their features is truly noteworthy. Tommy's diligence during this process was exceptional. He made sure that I understood every term and condition of the lease agreement before I signed and never once tried to upsell me or push me towards something I wasn't comfortable with. I recently called King O'Rourke Cadillac in Smithtown to have my Cadillac Escalade V serviced for a recall set out by the company, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. Even though I’m a proud C to have my Cadillac Escalade V serviced for a recall set out by the company, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. Even though I’m a proud Cadillac owner, I was told that they would not provide me with a loaner vehicle because I didn’t purchase my car directly from their dealership — I bought it from Texas instead. It’s shocking that a dealership representing the Cadillac brand would treat customers differently based on where they made their purchase. As a loyal Cadillac customer, I expected the same level of service regardless of where my car was purchased. Denying a loaner because of this is not only inconvenient, but it shows a lack of respect for customers who invest in the brand. I was told this was a policy set by Sean King, and frankly, it’s an atrocious one. If I were a potential buyer, this experience would certainly drive me away from this dealership. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future and recommend other Cadillac owners do the same if they value being treated fairly. --- More
There always seems to be an issue with almost any repair I have had there. That being said, they have always resolved the issue, until now. When I had rear brakes replaced, there was a tiny squealing sound I have had there. That being said, they have always resolved the issue, until now. When I had rear brakes replaced, there was a tiny squealing sound. I brought it back and they had to replace the brakes again. When I had a headlight bulb replaced, it looked much dimmer than the other (still original) bulb. Had to bring it back to be properly installed. This time I did a 4 tire change, and they scratched/damaged all 4 rims, and they were out of balance. They resurfaced the rims, but did not balance them. I had to go back again and wait 2 hours for them to balance them again. It still wasn't correct. They also moved the wheels around, and did not do a TMPS relearn. This will all have to be properly addressed by another shop. Oh, and Oil changed / tire rotations are now $189, where other GMC dealers 20 minutes away are $89. (confirmed 8/28/24) More
Jackie, and Omar are super to deal with-they treat you like family. They gave me a great deal. And so very nice. Had problems with fash drive would not work and a nice salesman named Howie fixed the iss like family. They gave me a great deal. And so very nice.
