Great Customer Service I always have a great experience with the Service department at King Windward Nissan. My visit last week was by far top rated. Tiffany was very accomm I always have a great experience with the Service department at King Windward Nissan. My visit last week was by far top rated. Tiffany was very accommodating as the power had just gone out when I pulled my vehicle into the service line. Understandably the department was not sure what to do and how to handle the growing line of vehicles forming behind me; however, they all including Tiffany were willing to do whatever they could to find a solution despite their latest challenge. This required a manual process of the service order as they were not privy to what each person wanted performed on their vehicles. I was able to leave my vehicle for service and it was ready within the time frame they had quoted me despite their dilemma. Thankfully the power was restored shortly after I left my vehicle and no rescheduling was required! I am grateful for the Service department and for Tiffany who displayed friendly, calm and professional customer service through the day! Mahalo King Windward Nissan for having the right people on the front line where it matters most! More
