My experience with King Windward was fairly comfortable with the assistance of Christian Stevens. His expertise, sensitivity to my needs, ability to hear me and see me made a huge difference. Dealing with the Finance personnel was overwhelming for me. In regards to the car, I would have preferred if Christian had taken the time to go through the car with me to SHOW me particular things that I needed to know prior to driving it off the lot. At 81 years old, and doing business alone, it proved to be anxiety producing, and I would have appreciated a review of the car, in the same way that the Financial forms were handled with detail. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the Nissan Sentra, and will recommend KWN and especially Christian Stevens to friends and family. Mahalo!! More
