This dealer is a rip off; I drove from Wisconsin because they had a great price on a Malibu. I talked to a sales person over the phone for 2 weeks before I visited the dealer. I talked to a sales man by the name of Ron he told me my application was approved for 15,000. The next week I came back with my down payment when I walked in Ron looked surprised to see me. He made me wait for for 30 minutes. Finally he came back and said there was a problem with my application we have to pick out another car. I was pissed, but I picked out a lower year Malibu. I signed the paper work an went home. So a month passed and I didn't receive paper work from my finance company so I called the dealership. I called for 2 weeks no one returned my calls finally Ron called and said I had to bring the car back the finance company they used doesn't finance Wisconsin residents. I told them I wasn't bringing the car back they would have to come get it they wasted my time. Luckily I only put down $700. I gave them the run around for another month or so they finally sent someone to come and get the car. I don't know how they are still in business. They have 61 BBB complaints. I wouldnt send my worst enemy there. SO BUYERS BEWARE. More
Took my vehicle in the first time because of radio,front end noise and missing when engine running. Ended up putting a hub cap on the wheel saying that was the problem with the wheel,charging me $145.00 for end noise and missing when engine running. Ended up putting a hub cap on the wheel saying that was the problem with the wheel,charging me $145.00 for cleaning the fuel system saying that was why the engine was missing and ordered a radio. No one called me to tell me the radio was in it took almost 3 weeks to get it replaced because when I inquired about it they had sent it back stating they couldn't get in touch with me. Now I'm back for the radio, and the other pre existing problems are still there so now they want to charge a $70.00 fee to have a tech drive the vehicle to diagnose the noise in the front end if its not covered under warranty I mean REALLY!!!!! what a rip off. I'm so done with kingdom Chevrolet. More

Christopher was the complete gentleman! He was able to combine professional courtesy, humor, and a "down home" approach in his dealings with me. I was looking to purchase my first new vehicle and heard some ads for Kingdom chevy and decided to check them out. I finnally settled on the cruze. I wanted a low payment so dan presented me with a lease payment. I didn't know much about leasing so he brought his manager shawn over to help explain things. He spent 20 minutes explaining every detail about leasing to me and it made sense for my situation. I dont drive a lot of miles and expect to need something bigger in a few years so I went with the lease. Everyone was patient with me during the process which made easy to do business with kingdom. The sales manager had sent me a postcard suggesting I come in because he said he had an aggressive plan to either buy my 2009 Impala or sell me another with a trade in. I was very happy with his deal and after all was said and done picked up our new 2012 Impala the next morning and could not be happier. More
My wife and I purchased a 2013 Camaro from Kingdom after I walked out of a dealership the day before. Chris Schei was our sales person at Kingdom. He was a no pressure type of sales person. My wife wanted to test drive the Camaro in the snow before doing any negotiating. Chris listened and understood her concern. He grabbed the keys and we went for a test drive . He drove first showing us the car and its handling in less than optimal road conditions, then switched with my wife and she drove it till she was satisfied. He allowed her to drive and made small talk, again no pressure to buy just reassurance. The price was about $2500 less than the previous dealer and the sales manager offered more for my trade than I was asking for privately. The other dealer told me there was only $500 in rebates, however Kingdom said there was a $1000. The sales manager showed me the numbers breakdown and when I got to the finance office there were no surprises. Chris walked my wife through the On Star set up and all the features of the car. He emphasized the fact that we could call or stop in, if any questions or issues arose. Their honesty was appreciated and it earned my business. Even the hard working porters quickly cleaned the car, transferred the plates and had great attitudes. Again friendly, honest and professional business to buy a car from. More
