Customer was advised of the process involved in having an insurance company respond to evaluate a vehicle. Only the insured may notify their insurance company to evaluate a vehicular accident, the customer needs to provide insurance with the details surrounding the accident and then advise the insurance company where the vehicle has been taken for the adjuster to inspect. Once the notifications to the insurance company are done we will gladly take over from that point.

The customer vehicle was in fact towed in before the holiday weekend. The customer was informed the issue needed to be diagnosed, which revealed the car was in need of a clutch repair, this repair is involved and the customer was made fully aware of the situation. The customer was advised to call at 4 PM on Friday and that the vehicle would likely not be ready before the holiday weekend but not to worry a service loaner vehicle was reserved for him if such a situation presented itself. No call ever came in to check on the status of the repair, numerous attempts were made to reach the customer, the results of which were negative. We waited past closing until 6 PM in hopes of hearing back and assigning the service loan car to our customer. Additionally, signs were posted throughout parts and service departments advising customers we will be closed until Tuesday morning in observance of the holiday weekend.

Numerous attempts to call me about my car were never made. How did I see the signs at your facility if I never made it there only to pick up my car and most of all you kept denying a loaner, telling me that you're still diagnosing the problem which was verfied the morning of the day I pick it up.
