Dear DJ.Jesse, I would like to personally apologize to you for the unsatisfactory service you received. Here at Kings Infiniti we always strive to provide the best possible client service and treat every client as a respected guest in our home. I was not working the Sunday in question so I unfortunately cannot shed any light on to what transpired during your visit to our showroom. Usually we have our clients call in advanced to schedule a test drive to ensure vehicle availability as well as staff scheduling. While we are open 7 days a week, we do not conduct demonstration drives on Sundays due to the short crew that is scheduled to work. It is usually only 3 salesmen and a Manager, and if someone is out sick it is even less. I would like have the opportunity to turn things around and have you deal directly with myself as I am the Internet Sales Manager.
