We are really sorry that you are upset. We expected you to be happy and appreciative that we were honest enough to tell you that from experience, changing your transmission oil at that mileage is not the best move. During your hour and 45 minute wait, we did extensive testing on the electronics, test drove the truck, and performed other safety checks – all for which we did NOT charge you. It would have been very easy to change the oil and take your money; however, we had nothing but your best interest at hand. Again, sorry that in today’s day and age of unfair charges and rip off artists, an honest dealer turned out to be a very bad experience for you.

I have an infiniti '13 g37x with approximately 7,050 miles. I spoke with Roshel last Monday or Tuesday and he told me that after speaking with a manager, I would be able to get a free oil change. He made an appointment for me for this past Saturday. When I got there, Mike told me that Roshel doesn't have any power to do that and I would have to pay for the oil change. I explicitly told Mike that Roshel had spoken with a Manager and that I would be given a free oil change but yet Mike completely ignored it and then pitched me a special $39.99 deal. This all stemmed from a few months ago when I was sent an offer about a free oil change. Basically what had happened is that I called Kings about the offer a few months ago and they told me that I could not get it since I didn't lease it with Kings. I then went to a different service shop to get my oil change. A few days later someone from Kings called me back to schedule the oil change and I told them that I was denied the free change a few days ago and did it elsewhere. I was then told that it was a mistake and that I can do my next oil change with Kings for free. This leads me to the above when I called Kings last week and spoke with Roshel. It is very frustrating that I kept getting differing facts everytime I either went to Kings or called.

Eddie, I appreciate your response but it certainly wasn't timely and in the interim, I got my second oil change on the car elsewhere. Can I be assured that my third oil change (in a few months) would be performed for free and if so, will I get the run around as I did this time? If I can be assured that my next oil change will be done for free and without the hassle, I will take back my negative review. Please reply back to me promptly as my review is scheduled to be posted on January 11.
