Staff is very friendly, but communication among them needs improvement. For example, I was told by two people on the floor that my car had been washed and would be ready for pickup. I also received a phonecall telling me it was ready and to come back for my vehicle. Then I was informed that there was a miscommunication and my car still needed to be washed and I waited an additional 25 minutes. 12:15 pm to 2:45 pm is too long to take for an oil change and car wash. Quick and friendly Welcomed me as I walked in to the office, advised me the waiting time frame. My vehicled was returned halfway washed & my mat was left dirty, drivers side. No mat was placed to protect same as stated to Megan mats are new. I will not be able to make it in todav for my vehicle& mat to be cleaned,however will place the mat in a plastic bag not a good day today.Maybe Monday next day off More
