The customer vehicle was in fact towed in before the holiday weekend. The customer was informed the issue needed to be diagnosed, which revealed the car was in need of a clutch repair, this repair is involved and the customer was made fully aware of the situation. The customer was advised to call at 4 PM on Friday and that the vehicle would likely not be ready before the holiday weekend but not to worry a service loaner vehicle was reserved for him if such a situation presented itself. No call ever came in to check on the status of the repair, numerous attempts were made to reach the customer, the results of which were negative. We waited past closing until 6 PM in hopes of hearing back and assigning the service loan car to our customer. Additionally, signs were posted throughout parts and service departments advising customers we will be closed until Tuesday morning in observance of the holiday weekend.

Numerous attempts to call me about my car were never made. How did I see the signs at your facility if I never made it there only to pick up my car and most of all you kept denying a loaner, telling me that you're still diagnosing the problem which was verfied the morning of the day I pick it up. We are really sorry that you are upset. We expected you to be happy and appreciative that we were honest enough to tell you that from experience, changing your transmission oil at that mileage is not the best move. During your hour and 45 minute wait, we did extensive testing on the electronics, test drove the truck, and performed other safety checks – all for which we did NOT charge you. It would have been very easy to change the oil and take your money; however, we had nothing but your best interest at hand. Again, sorry that in today’s day and age of unfair charges and rip off artists, an honest dealer turned out to be a very bad experience for you.
