Shawn Harvey was an exceptional salesperson! ! We were probably the worst customers to deal with and he never pressured us or made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. From cancelling an ord ! He constantly kept me updated on the status of our order without prompting. When I went into early labor after the vehicle’s arrival, but before we could purchase it he never pressured us and only checked in to see how we were genuinely doing during a chaotic time. The dealer held onto the vehicle for us and allowed us to complete the purchase completely virtually. Once we were all home safely, Shawn personally delivered the vehicle to our home and went over the vehicle details with me and continues to check in on me. More

Our car's engine blew up (a known and fully warranted Kia issue) while on vacation, over 600 miles from home. The area dealer said it could take 4-6 months for a replacement to be installed. Within 18 days, Chris was able to put the wheels in motion (no pun intended, but I'll take it), an engine was ordered, installed, and the car shipped to Kings Kia, where we picked it up. Asked if I could buy at msrp was told locals only get msrp. I proceeded to ask if they could make a exception for a Navy veteran and they said no. Took screen shots of it before he deleted the Facebook posting to try and save face. I understand supply is tight but, to not even to treat a veteran who spent two tours overseas and earned a Navy and Marine Corp medal with with a ounce of respect is ridiculous. I only wanted a fair deal and was willing to pay msrp. We all know dealerships can be xxxx but that is low even for a dealership. My advice to other veterans is take your business elsewhere unless you liked to be treated like xxxx for the years we sacrificed in the military. More
