My wife and I recently traded in our 2018 Corolla iM to purchase a 2020 RAV4. We were very pleased with the quick and efficient process. We had previously done business with Beechmont Toyota and Joseph Toy purchase a 2020 RAV4. We were very pleased with the quick and efficient process. We had previously done business with Beechmont Toyota and Joseph Toyota, but we were seriously disappointed with the sales process and constant back and forth. At Kings Toyota, we were given an upfront price for our trade and our new car, and the sales team worked hard to make the deal work. They were more than fair and provided a very easygoing environment for our new purchase. It was extremely fast and efficient. We worked with Wanda Matson and Ryan Fink in sales, and we worked with Josh Cole in finance. Wanda and Ryan made the process quick and easy, quickly checking in our trade and solidifying the details (under 20 mins.). In finance, Josh provided a professional setting, and we quickly completed financing details electronically. He made sure to follow cleaning protocols due to COVID, and he was very responsive to my concerns. Moreover, Josh was happy to answer questions about the trade-in process. Compared to Beechmont and Joseph, Kings rises far above. They easily beat out the competition (and offer lifetime oil changes, too!). We were ecstatic to do business with them. After much research and searching various manufacturers' Dayton showrooms we decided on a new, 2020 Highlander. The next issue was finding the absolute best price and a reputable dealer. King's Toyota more than met our expectations making the trip to Cincinnati a wise decision. After browsing through their massive selection of vehicles and finding the perfect vehicle for us, we headed south! Even with the current Covid restrictions we were treated with respect and courtesy by Bruce Ihle, our Sales Consultant. We were pleased to discover that King's Toyota has put the "dealing" back into "dealership," The entire buying process was unrushed and pleasant. We have had our new Highlander for 17 days and just yesterday returned from a 1,500 mile trip to Virginia. We couldn't be happier with the vehicle's perfomance, comfort and features. When I had a question about when my brakes were replaced Eric went back in the system and showed me when they were replaced and at what mileage. Great customer experience from beginning to end I HIGHLY recommend coming to Kings Toyota if you're considering buying a Toyota. I emailed this dealership about their best price on a Corolla Hatchback. Brett Lurix replied right away with a price that was at Edmund's True Market value. I asked if he could lower the price by $500 so the car could be in my budget, and a little while later he replied saying he got the price down by $500. No hassle or phony back and forth that I had come to expect from car dealerships. I then asked if they could get me a rare color they did not have on their lot (they only had 2 smoked paprika corollas within 350 miles of the dealership). I asked this on Tuesday and they had the car on their lot on Thursday night, and I was able to pick it up on Saturday morning (Brett was off on Friday). I got there being skeptical of car dealerships and expecting all sorts of hidden fees or sudden price hikes like I'd experienced at other dealerships, but they supplied me with paperwork that was exactly the deal we had worked out over email. They didn't even charge me extra for having to transfer the new color in. Brett truly worked hard to HELP me buy a car, rather than trying to take advantage of me for extra money. In fact, when complications arose due to my limited credit history and complicated insurance situation, Brett literally ran back and forth between me and the finance office to solve the problems. Later, I worked with Johnny Beach to finalize my paperwork with financing. Again, I was expecting all sorts of crazy fees, but there was absolutely none that. He walked me through all available enhanced warranties and insurance options. He was super knowledgeable and talked thoroughly about each option. He recommended a few without being pushy or pressuring me in any way. When I declined, he said he understood, had me sign a few papers and I was done about 15 minutes after starting the paperwork. After dealing with a few shady dealerships trying to purchase this same car, I was so relieved to have this experience at Kings Toyota. More
