Jenn worked with me over the phone to get me out of my lease early and a great price on a new 2017 Jetta SE lease. My wife and I drove up to Kings, passing the local VW dealer 5 miles from our house because of the awesome customer service at Kings. I am super happy with my new upgrade and because of Jenn and the sales staff and Kings Volkswagen, I don't think I'll ever get a VW from anyone else! They rock! More

Everything about this place is welcoming, friendly and gleaming. The bays are clean, the service desk is gleaming white, and the consultants are super helpful. I bought my Jetta from a different dealer, but that doesn't matter to them - they offer top notch service, regardless. Particularly impressed with Justin - he sees every detail through, from beginning to end. These guys obviously love their brand and the cars. I am definitely coming back!! More

Most often you will see a car advertised on line and when you come in to actually see the car, it's not in the best condition for the price. But when I saw our new silver 2015 Jetta I was amazed at the condition it was in. It looks almost as good as a new one. Great Sales Team and Great Experience So a while back I stumbled on Carguru and started to look for my dream car. It just so happened to be a 2012 Silver 5th Generation Camaro. And where d So a while back I stumbled on Carguru and started to look for my dream car. It just so happened to be a 2012 Silver 5th Generation Camaro. And where did I locate it at? Kings Volkswagen!! So the car was priced perfect compared to what else is out there. Super reasonable. So I logged on the website and clicked on the area to fill out my info that I was in fact interested in this said vehicle. Right away I received emails from the staff. You can think whatever you want but I will tell you they were just trying to make a connection and start a conversation. So one of the awesome internet sales ladies kept up with me. They wanted to see if I was interested in a test drive. Uh yeah of course! But I was getting ready to go on vacation so I explained to her that if the vehicle was still there when I returned (and I gave her the day of our return mind you) I would come out and test drive the car. The whole week I was gone they didn't bother me not one time. The day after I returned I received a text from Jennifer inquiring if I was still wanting to come and visit them. I was pleased that they remembered and gave me that space without the hassle. So I agreed and was put in touch with one of the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. Justin right away greeted me and made conversation easily. He is a man who has proudly served our country so that should be noted here and is not just a salesman but a car enthusiast as well. He loves what he does. So after the test drive I obviously wanted the vehicle. He literally worked all day to get me the right financing I said I wanted. He even put up with my Dad all day long(which is no small feat mind you). He stayed with me every step of the way and kept me informed of what was happening. It may have been a long process but he got me there. He even phoned his wife to let her know he would be late home. So they got me great financial assistance and made sure I got the car I have been wanting since I can remember. I even found out He owns 2 older model Camaros. Made me jealous. In the end I had a great experience and walked away super happy. The whole team was awesome especially the finance dept. I recommend if they remotely have what you are looking for stop by you might just get exactly what you want. More

Everyone was eager to be pleasing, even gave me "private lessons" for me to learn the new ways of this cars functions. The car is nice to drive. The instructor was polite and patient and I might return for an additional instruction. I am particularly pleased that I was never pressured during any of the negotiations.
