The good and not so good Steve was able to help us get a deal for my husband while getting rid of the negative equity in his car. The car we leased is nice, but we specifically said we needed satellite radio because of the amount of time he spends in the car. We were assured that this car had it, and when we got home and tried to switch our account to the new car, it doesn't have the capability. So now we have to find out how to get SA in his new car without spending a fortune. Disappointing, especially because we were there almost 5 hrs! Would I go back when the time comes to trade in my car, which is also a VW? Not sure. I think there should be some kind of incentive program for VW owners to buy another VW when the time comes to trade in your car. More
