The car we leased is nice, but we specifically said we needed satellite radio because of the amount of time he spends in the car. We were assured that this car had it, and when we got home and tried to switch our account to the new car, it doesn't have the capability. So now we have to find out how to get SA in his new car without spending a fortune. Disappointing, especially because we were there almost 5 hrs! Would I go back when the time comes to trade in my car, which is also a VW? Not sure. I think there should be some kind of incentive program for VW owners to buy another VW when the time comes to trade in your car. More

After expressing this concern with Mr. Cooper, he said we should come right out; they had a battery in stock if needed, but a test was in order first. Once there they ran a deep test to the battery. The thorough test to the system found no problem, and so they sent us on our way, happy. What great service and service department. More

Not the way to treat a.customer that purchased a car from the dealer. Love the CC but not the service department at Kings. Lacking integrity and ethics. Initial call to discuss treated as I was an idiot regarding tires and maintenance. Newsflash, not everyone that purchases cars lacks the knowledge of car maintenance and pricing.
