David thankyou for always greeting me the minute I drive up. I love coming here for my service or just getting something check out. I have been here about 4 times and have never had a bad experience. Everyone has a smile and is right there if you have a question. I have a habit of walking around while my car is being worked on, and 4 different sales men walked or drove up to me to see if I was interested in a car. They were all delighted that I was a Kia Soul owner and very happy to be one. I love love my car and tell everyone I talk to all about it. I was there without an appointment and David Howard met me the moment I drove up, checked me in and asked if I was staying. My car was taken back right away and completed with 30 minutes. I find the price I have to pay very fair and competitive. They gave me a card and after my 3rd oil change my next oil change is FREE. David reminded he would see me next time and the service would be free. I like free. (haha) Also I wanted to add as a single lady it's nice not to feel intimadated walking in by myself. Chris called me on friday 2/22/2013 to say my Sorento was ready for me to pick and when did I want found the exact one here at Kirby Kia Ventura, Ca. Chris called me on friday 2/22/2013 to say my Sorento was ready for me to pick and when did I want to pick it up, of course I said after work, so after work I picked up my son and we went over to Kirby to pick my new beautiful amazing car. i was greeted by Chris and he introduced me to Alex, who went over all the new things I needed to know and how to use all the crazy technology, he was the best. I went to Ventura Kia to just look at the Optima on Friday. I got great service from Steve and Chris.
