I used this dealership service department off and on for a couple years. A couple years ago they really stood out of the limited local facilities available. After using them almost exclusively to service my a couple years. A couple years ago they really stood out of the limited local facilities available. After using them almost exclusively to service my 2015 Silverado, based on timely availability for appointments. Today we will no longer have any type of working agreement, the service manager that has been very professional, effectively made me out to be a liar. I brought in evidence that I felt to be actual proof of the fact that I had been charged for work that was not needed, and possibly not even performed. Only to be told that the evidence I presented was not the actual item in question. More
