I filled out a credit application prior to visiting Kitsap Auto Outlet. I didn't fill in a few vital pieces and received a prompt response from Shaho letting me know they would need more information to Kitsap Auto Outlet. I arrived at Kitsap Auto Outlet late in the afternoon and found an old colleague working there. Mac was insistent that it be okay with Shaho for him to help me. This is not the type of integrity most people expect from car salesmen. I ended up working with Mac. He was very helpful in helping me figure out what I wanted as I only had a few requirements. I wanted a good gas mileage car with front wheel drive. Mac helped me to figure out what I could afford and was very patient with me. This was my first solo car buying experience and Mac made it painless. Everyone was very profession but not to the point of being stuffy. More

Came in on a busy Saturday to find the car I wanted sold, however Mac was great at listening to my needs and showing me a variety of cars that fit the bill and were in my budget. I ended up with a nice Turbo however Mac was great at listening to my needs and showing me a variety of cars that fit the bill and were in my budget.
