Wonderful Experience! Let me tell you I had a roller coaster of a day when I bought my car! It all started when I found my vehicle online...like any other buyer in the mark Let me tell you I had a roller coaster of a day when I bought my car! It all started when I found my vehicle online...like any other buyer in the market I called to set up a test drive- low and behold there was another potential buyer on their way! I packed my kids up in record time and got to Klein Auto. As we were entering the building we held open the door to another customer to find out it was the potential buyer who was coming to see the same vehicle- what was the odds!? Feeling the sense of defeat I told Kurt that we would head out to lunch and maybe just maybe some magical force would be in my favor for what I decided was the car of my dreams. Somebody was listening to my pleas... as my children were devouring their lunch Kurt called to tell me that the potential buyer wasn't interested!!! Since then its been nothing but sunshine and rainbows! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and made the process go smoothly. Kurt was awesome- he is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and willing to make sure you left with what you were looking for, He definitely went the extra mile! Randal is wonderful too!!! He helped me get all the paperwork done and knew what he was doing which made the process effortless on my part! They both went out of their way to make me and my (sometimes) sassy boys right at home. When I got home everyone that heard me shouting from the mountain tops how happy I was were impressed themselves and now know where they should look for their next vehicle!! Excellent Customer Service. I started out looking online for vehicles. Klein Chevrolet had great prices and the model of vehicle I wanted to look at. I was greeted by Kurt when I I started out looking online for vehicles. Klein Chevrolet had great prices and the model of vehicle I wanted to look at. I was greeted by Kurt when I arrived at the dealership. The actual car I was interested in was not there(2016 Impala). I asked Kurt about it and he said he would check on it. To my surprise they had it at another lot up the street and he went and got it without hesitation. After taking it for a test drive and Kurt answering any and all my questions I decided to purchase the car. Randal helped me with my loan and got me a better deal than what I got preapproved for online at another place. They even helped my fiancé with her purchase of a 2016 Chevy Traverse a few days after I purchased my Impala. This was one of the best dealer shopping experience I have had. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. Well worth the drive from Green Bay!!!!! More
