Elijah had the exact model/collie ( 2021 Odyssey) at the ready for our planned arrival to the dealership. He was especially wonderful to our two sons, Cooper& Declan - at the very start of our visit. Exceptional professional, we never felt pressured by Elijah. After test drive he asked us how we’d like to proceed. He listened very well to all our requests. During our test drive, to save us time which we appreciated greatly- he had our trade in evaluated. Upon entering office to discuss purchasing the van - Elijah paid great attention to what we sought to do. He adhered to our requests and put forth an extraordinary start to our negotiations. He was so spot on - we were in agreement and he asked if other specific features were of interest- and thanks to him we included the key items (I.e. wheel locks, etc....) we wanted. When he transitioned us to financing ( Mark - he too was remarkable - both informative and great listener to all we sought with the investment/purchase we were making). We learned after our splendid time with Mark ( Mark was extremely organized, effective& efficient with our time and process- he covered everything with precise information for our decision making needs) that Elijah had taken the time to take our boys ( who had to patiently waiting during the necessary time for purchase paperwork) to our new van- kept them warm in van on a freezing evening - and even provided them with a snack. Our sons had a wonderful experience - so impressed with Elijah’s caring and engagement while we ( Mom & Dad) we in the office taking care of business with Mark to complete the purchase. WOW! Elijah and Mark made our purchase at Klein Honda the flat out best buying experience we’ve ever had. Thank you Elijah and Mark!
