We were undecided on the car and comparing with other makers like Toyota, Nissan, Lexus and Subaru. He was professional the whole time when we brought our concerns regarding other manufacturer advantage over Honda. But upon arriving to the dealership, total of 4 times, Q.Ali met us at the door, and assured us that he will figure things out and not to worry at all. By the end of the day, we were out in our beautiful Honda Accord with huge smiles, feeling very happy and satisfied. We will make sure that Q.Ali is our to go guy for any future car purchases. More

We unfortunately couldnt make our schedules work over the weekend so we ended up coming in on monday and working with Keanu. Also amazingly nice, knowledgable, and so laid back. No pressure what so ever. Both sales people were EXTREMELY respectful of my wife and my needing to take time to confer with eachother and make sure this worked for us. They also were so prepared with all the info we needed. They had car fax reports and all documentation up front and ready to go. On that note, this dealership has a truly quality collection of used cars that they stand behind. Also, pricing was very fair! Right in line with KBB. On top of all that, their used cars all come with a lifetime powertrain warranty! Keo in finance was a wizard and gentleman. Everything was so straight forward, simple, and easy! Keo knows his stuff and got us in with a great credit union, with amazing terms! This was truly a great car buying experience. They have a kids room and video games which helped keep our 9 year old and toddler happy - we were even able to sign some stuff in the kids room while they played! This place is unlike any car dealership I have ever worked with! I would HIGHLY recommend Klein Honda to anyone out there looking for a new or used vehicle. The inventory is amazing, the prices are really on point, they have LIFETIME WARRANTIES, and the staff really is above and beyond any other place I've visited!
