Everyone wants a good deal; and I'm no different. While I didn't get the exact price that I wanted, I do feel that I did get a very fair price on a great car. They were also able to get me a great rate of finance, and terms that fit my budget. Plus, they filled the fuel tank... Well that is not the experience at Klein Honda of Everett, it was quite the opposite. The sales person we had the privilege of attending to us was Sage, he was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and took the time to know us as a person, not just a "sale" and for that he knew exactly the best vehicle for our needs. He and the staff took the time to really treat us as if we were part of something great-family! The tireless effort in supporting our indecisiveness was calming and stress free which allowed us to finally choose the right vehicle. The moment had come-financing and the price of the car. Sage knew we would be facing some challenges with our current vehicle so we were thinking the worst but Sage was able to make the whole process with ease and without a lot of back and forth and we got the car. We were so excited that we were getting a new car but had to sustain our excitement because we knew we would be facing extreme obstacles with a combination of our credit report, income, debts and amount financing. The financing team with no short of pulling hairs went above our expectations and always made us feel as if we were the only customer they were helping. They found a lender that met all of our needs. Sticker price was above the KBB price, as expected. But we had a very brief negotiation with no arm twisting. Price was quickly brought down to fair market value by Tony, the manager. Sean Johnstone in finance stayed way past closing to finalize all the paperwork. He found first-time car buyer financing for my daughter at a surprisingly low percentage rate.
