My many years of dealing with Tom Risser have left me with nothing except great things to say about him and his employees. I have had the chance to introduce many people to him, people such as my parent with nothing except great things to say about him and his employees. I have had the chance to introduce many people to him, people such as my parents, grandmother, husband and even my favorite doctor. Many of those people have had previous bad encounters with car dealerships and sales people in general. All will attest that Tom and his crew are unique in their approach. For proof of this need not depend on how many cars I have purchased and the years I have known Tom. But that he has become more than just a sales person but a friend. More

I first went to Click Lewis in 2006 for the purchase of a new vehicle. I was very pleased with how personable everyone was. Management worked with me thru an issue I was having with the manufacturer and ensu new vehicle. I was very pleased with how personable everyone was. Since then, I have continued to do business with them and have been extremely happy with the dealership as a whole. My son and daughter have both purchased several vehicle thru them. Both of my parents have also purchased new vehicles thru them even though they live 4 hours away. Many of my friend have also started doing business with "my" dealership since I am always talking about how well they have treated my family and I. I have never had someone stop in to look at a vehicle that has not actually purchased it. I have never felt more at home at a place of business than I feel here, I often stop in to just have a cup of coffee and chat with everyone. The sales associates are always on top of thier game, keeping track of the latest in automotive trends and dealer/banking options to ensure I am getting the best possible deal. The sales manager is an extremely knowledgeable person that always takes the time to greet people and shake thier hand. The general manager has an office just off the show room floor with glass walls. Much like the sales manager, he will always take the time to come out and talk with customers. I have personally met two of the three owners and understand why they have such a great team working there. Thier team is a direct reflection of them. The service department is as well, a top notch experience. The service managers are all very knowledgeable and friendly, always taking a few extra minutes out of thier busy day to chat and ask how the family is doing, most often calling them by first name. I have met several of the service technicians as I like to know who is working on my vehicle, They are as well the best in the business. They are more than willing to spend whatever time required to explain service and mantenence proceedures to you. I most usually get a phone call a few days after service asking if things were done to my satisfaction. Klick lewis is an awesome dealership, if you have never been there and are in the market for a vehicle, stop in and see what they are all about. More

We contacted Klick Lewis by phone after viewing a pickup on line and spoke to the nicest, friendliest man, Mr. Risser. Although it was a 3 hour drive, and my husband was skeptical, I insisted that based on on line and spoke to the nicest, friendliest man, Mr. Risser. Our experience with this dealership was outstanding. Although we did not have the opportunity to meet Mr.Risser, Mr. Lewis handled our purchase of a 2004 pickup with courtesy and honesty. It was a car buying experience that has long been unavailable in the dealerships in Delaware. They are everything you would expect from a family run buiness. I highly recommend Klick Lewis for friendliness, courtesy and honesty. More

I have been dealing at Klick_Lewis for over 30 years, for both sales and service. In that time I have never had a transaction that warranted less than 5 stars. I have a family of 7 and we have purchased 36 cars from this dealership, so I have certainly put my money where my mouth is. It seems that my loyalty has been passed on to my 2 sons, now adults, because they have both purchased cars there in the past few months. I have always seemed to have issues with car dealerships in the past, however not enough good things can be said about my recent visit to Klick Lewis. Scott was absolutely wonderful. Making sure I was covered with rides while my car was being serviced was the cherry on top for me. The speediness of the actual service to the car was outstanding and I am completely thrilled with the results. My car runs wonderful and after my experience while being at the shop I expected nothing less. Scott truly is a model employee and though I don't hope my car needs serviced anytime soon, I would be thrilled and feel completely comfortable trusting Scott and his team with my car every time.
