Went for 2 tire pressure sensors and ended up w/work on a leak that I didn't mention. It was found by Klick's inspection. Wasn't prepared for the all day wait 10am-4:45pm for the 2018 Envision. Being diabetic I need to eat so did eat from the vending machine, A/C was being prepared so it was a bit warm in the waiting room. Rick did come back at least 2x to tell me car wasn't done yet. In a case like this where a customer has a medical issue (diabetic) and had to wait so long, perhaps it would be good customer relations to have fruit of protein on hand and cold water since the a/c was being fixed. in case it happens again. More
