BMW was not fully ready when picked up & missing side window upright metal piece & weatherstripping , so you can hear air & wind when driving + looks like someone tried to break into it from the gouge ma window upright metal piece & weatherstripping , so you can hear air & wind when driving + looks like someone tried to break into it from the gouge marks on the piece needing replaced! Big scratch on windshield, missing one chrome tailpipe til. Returned multiple times & each time they had the part wrong or no weather at all! Wasted my time 3 times now, and still waiting on back-ordered weatherstripping. Sales kid was not that great on communication, but service mgr Todd was excellent. Not a great experience & still ongoing…!!! More
First, my vehicle was not serviced when it was scheduled to be serviced. This caused delays in it being ready for pick up. Second, communication was poor. An email was sent to an address that has not b to be serviced. This caused delays in it being ready for pick up. Second, communication was poor. An email was sent to an address that has not been in effect for years. I called to check on the status late in the day because I had not heard from them. I gave them the correct email and asked them to communicate using my cellphone. Arrangements were made to complete the needed repairs for inspection and I was told the car would be ready the following day. Again, I waited until the end of the day without hearing from them. I left to do errands about 4:30, they called my home phone about 10 minutes later. I called them from my cellphone about 10 minutes after that since I hadn’t heard from them. The response was they were finishing the paperwork work, but it was now too late to pick up the car because they were closing. On Saturday, when I picked it up and raised these concerns, I was told Todd would call me on Monday afternoon after I got home from work. Again, I did not receive a call today. Klick Lewis’ motto on their radio ads is “Trust is earned”. At this moment, I am feeling like that communication and therefore, customer service is unreliable. More
