When the purchase was about to happen they had great communication. Up till it came time for financing. I told them I only wanted to request two specific banks and they did not listen. I wrote a review on this place a couple of months ago and here I am again! Save yourself the hassle if you are buying a jeep from this place. My fiancé and I returned back here because once again our Jeep co here I am again! Save yourself the hassle if you are buying a jeep from this place. My fiancé and I returned back here because once again our Jeep continues to have the same issue after almost a year of financing it along with some new one which I believe is somehow tied into the ongoing problem it’s been having but I am not the expert here. Well this time they just got straight to the point after having the car for 10 minutes and told him “they are not informational about jeeps” and recommended he take the car to a jeep dealership where he would be able to use the warranty we bought. Funny how after going to this place at least 6 times in the last almost year we were finally told our warranty could be used at other dealerships, not just theirs! The time, money, and hassle this would have saved us all!!!! I partially blame us for not being knowledgeable on our warranty how we should have been. Not like it wasn’t randomly just added to our sale during the purchase which I caught but my fiancé was ok with getting it so we went through with purchasing it. All I can say now is “thank god” because who would’ve known we would be in this never ending situation of needing to use the warranty. More

Would not recommend buying a car here nor would I recommend getting your car serviced here. Waited for MONTHS on a part that was never ordered. All of this happened AFTER they sold me 2 vehicles that violated Fair Trade Laws. The Buick died in less than a year and the jeep died in less than a month. Now I'm stuck in a lease for 6 years to a dealership I do not trust, do not like and do not recommend. For a company who's motto is "Where Trust Is Earned" they have never earned me trust and never will. Don't believe the bull when they tell you they can't fix the past, they can only work on the future because they future will be another vehicle that leaves you stranded or stuck going 35 miles an hour down 81. DO NOT GO HERE OR BUY FROM HERE. More
