Kline Nissan truly went the extra miles and more!! I recently bought a fun, lava red Nissan Frontier four-wheel drive truck for my 60th birthday! For many years I had been selecting safe, grandma-type I recently bought a fun, lava red Nissan Frontier four-wheel drive truck for my 60th birthday! For many years I had been selecting safe, grandma-type small SUV's and I wanted to go out of the box. Randy W, helped me every step of the way. He found my perfectly outfitted truck at another metro dealer ready to pick up in two days. But that one got sold! With no need for me to worry about it, he arranged for another truck, one year newer, with even a few more perks, to be trucked to Kline - all the way from North Dakota - and ready for me at the same time previously arranged!! In the meantime, Randy and Kline helped me to work through some of the paperwork challenges that I had and I drove away my beautiful truck on the scheduled afternoon, complete with the license plates already mounted. Randy is a professional in every sense of the word. He listened to what I wanted and educated me in the areas where I had questions and where I didn't even know what to ask. I feel confident as I go forward with maintenance and service needs that this will continue to be an excellent relationship. Buy through the Costco program, you can't beat the deal. It is like those dealers that have a published price and can't move off the price. Buyers that like that program pay about $2,000 more per car in my experience. Buying through Costco is the same, but you save the $2,000 2. Buy from Adam, with 12 years experience, he knows what he is talking about and give you some great advice. 3. I live in Prior Lake and drive to White Bear Lake to buy my vehicles. That should tell you something. Their $9.99 oil change is a great deal, stick with this program for the life of your program, it is cheaper than going to your independent for service and maintenance. All the service advisors are very friendly and prompt. What to avoid at time of purchase: The Kline advantage service program for $199 & $299, unless you live close to the dealership and get a lot of free car washes, the breakeven point is 3-7 years if you just do the oil changes and routine service. If you live close and love free car washes, than get it. What does the dealership need to change: Maybe a better self service center for beverages. That's about it. More

No to Kline Nissan I normally don't go out of my way to right bad reviews but I just had to here. We came in to talk to someone about a lease. The gentleman that helped I normally don't go out of my way to right bad reviews but I just had to here. We came in to talk to someone about a lease. The gentleman that helped us did not introduce himself. We asked a couple questions about leasing and deals for new grads. It sounded like it was his first day there because his answers were vague and uninformative. When we asked about servicing a lease in the cities vs servicing the car at the nearest Nissan dealer he told us we'd have to do it at Kline. We thought that was strange since EVERY other car dealership said that I could service closer to me. He was quick to jump on that one and say that we were mistaken and that's how they all do it. We were over it by then and just wanted a brochure to continue to keep the Nissan brand in mind regardless of customer service. He went back to get one, (meanwhile the remaining other employees were eating on the sales floor, no one ever verified our group was being helped) After 10 mins the gentleman came back and said they didn't have any brochures. Here's a clue Kline, wanna sell a car to a consumer.... Have a measly frickin brochure. Ruined any chance of me ever buying a Nissan. More
