We are still very upset about the whole situation from the beginning, starting with the slow service after the vehicle was bought. Two weeks with no contact is unacceptable. A common courtesy call to keep us posted would have been satisfactory. What we find repulsive is that Choua was eager to sell us the vehicle, but way to busy to set up an appointment(?). Does this not raise any red flags about how buying customers are treated? We are gravitating towards just getting the bumper replaced and paying half as agreed by Kline. Our only fear is that we have seen the work that Kline outsourses to. We are glad to show Kline again, so they can get a better look this time and know that customers do not like and should not receive shoddy work. Keep in mind that we are not the only folks that have phones that can make outgoing calls. Kline is free to call us any time, and we strongly encourage this because it shows that you are making an effort. However, we are still debating shelling out another $400+ dollars on a gamble(quality of work). We will contact David on Monday if we do not hear from him to give a definite answer.

Absolutely not happy how the situation was handled. Very unprofessional. We were jerked around from the beginning. Ultimately forced to pay to have the bumper replaced, which was NOT the agreement. If Choua screwed up, make him pay, not the customer(notice he was no longer there...I wonder why?). We have informed friends of how Kline does their business. Hopefully the word gets out and no one else gets screwed. Management needs to take a VERY close look at how their people handle situations that are simple fixes. Start making changes, start telling the truth. Also would like to mention that the rental keys were handed directly to David Zirbes, how dare service call us a week later to ask for the keys. This is the rediculousness that Kline needs to eliminate. We will NEVER set foot at that place again.
