HORRIBLE SERVICE I am only giving it one star because no star is not an option. Brought my car in for a diagnostic, car is shaky when driving over small cracks and bum I am only giving it one star because no star is not an option. Brought my car in for a diagnostic, car is shaky when driving over small cracks and bumps on the road, car dies 5-10 minute after starting first thing in the morning, and engine light is on. My boyfriend set up an appointment online for 5:30pm, got there and was inform they don't do diagnostic after 4pm and that the website should've informed us or someone should've called to let us know. Ok, not a big deal, they gave us a rental; 2017 Rogue, smaller than my Murano but I figured it'll be ok since it will be just for a day. We ended up getting a quote back the next day with the diagnostic; cam shaft sensor $567.80, reprograming the ecu $153, axles $1081.38, alignment $130, outer tie rods $339.42, rear pads $380, and just to run the diagnostic $119.95 all for a grand total of $2,749.47. My boyfriend did talk down the price to $1,975. We picked up the car on Monday after work, engine light still on but was told it will go away after a few days or so and car is still a little shaky. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and left. The next morning the car died before I even left for work. Both me and my boyfriend had tried several times to contact someone and the front desk guy to bring our car back in. We were put on hold and left vm with no return call. Finally got a reach of someone at about 12:40pm just to be told they would talk to the tech who worked on my car and give us a call back. No call back so we called back at 5pm just to be told that the tech had left for the day and would hear back the next day. Today, my car died while making a turn at a busy intersection! Now they want us to bring the car back in tomorrow at 6pm and another diagnostic would be done free of charge and then go from there. On top of everything they can only offer a Rogue because that's their biggest rental. The rogue doesn't not fit 3 small kids all in car seat! How do I drive 3 small kids around when the car seat can not even be secured in with the hooks and the oldest one can not even be buckled in because the buckle now is stuck behind the other car seat?! I just spent almost $2,000 for nothing to be fixed and all they can tell me is they will run another diagnostic and go from there. I will never buy a Nissan again or go to this dealership! And would never recommend it to anyone. I wanted the pathfinder and had planned to start looking for one at the end of the year but looks like I will be bringing my service else where. More

A few hours later I get a call from Dan, he tells me they need to order a new oil pan and oil pan gasket, it will be coming from Chicago, parts will be here the next day, I said fine, and again asked him to be sure to wipe down and clean the bottom of the engine, frame and crossmember, he said will do. Picked the vehicle up the next day all done they tell me, get home and look under the vehicle, oil was cleaned from the bottom of the engine, but they never cleaned or wiped down the frame or the crossmember, still dripping oil from both, had to jack vehicle up and clean it my self. Called Kline service to complain, Dan is gone for the day they tell me, asked to have him call me the next day, he never called me back. Total disregard for my new vehicle, it`s on a hoist and you can`t clean it up!! WOW!! My daughter had her 2016 Nissan Rogue in for service at Kline last week, recall and tire rotation, said they did the recall and rotated the tires, she got home and noticed they only rotated the tires on the drivers side of the vehicle, what the xxxx, she called Kline service, lady said they were busy and someone would call her back later that day, they never called, she called them on Monday and asked for a refund on the tire rotation, the service manager check the cameras and saw that the service tech only rotated the drivers side tires, she was told that the tech was distracted and did not rotate the passenger side tires, refund coming in the mail, will see. I`m sure glad she didn`t have her oil changed their, whoops forgot to put the oil in. More
With a thankful heart While driving to an appointment I heard this knocking sound.. I arrived safely but there was something hanging down about mid-car, looked like a strap While driving to an appointment I heard this knocking sound.. I arrived safely but there was something hanging down about mid-car, looked like a strap to me. I called the service center, they made an appointment for my car. There was fear in my heart about what was wrong. Jennifer Maguire, the service advisor checked me in...told me NOT to worry....she directed me to coffee and when she came in a few minutes...she said..."it's what I thought it was the wind guards." I had fear that it would be very expensive she said, NO don't worry about that. HOW VERY WONDERFUL TO HAVE MY CAR FIXED. I am very thankful for the WONDERFUL service I received and for the coffee too. Thank you Kline Service team. I know that you all work together and I am so thankful for each and every one of you, I'll recommend you always. Thank you, Linda Carlson....Merry Christmas More

Was told they were looking at it. I went for a walk around the building and there was my truck sitting out back. It hadn't even been brought into they bay. I went inside and was told they had to look at someone else's car. I insisted on a rental and went home. They called me at the end of the day and was told they couldn't find the problem. On Thursday they called me at the end of the day and was told that they still couldn't find the problem and they'd be going home in 10 minuets so I couldn't get my truck that day. Friday came and no calls. I called and left a message as to the progress and never heard from them. Saturday morning a finally got a call that I could come pick up my truck. When I arrived they told me I would be $119. I said I had an extended warranty so there shouldn't be a charge and asked what they did to correct the issue. They told me that they couldn't figure out the problem so it was a diagnostic fee. I told them that they hadn't diagnosed anything and I had gone without my truck for 3 days with almost no communication. They then said that If I wanted my truck back I was going to have to pay or they wouldn't allow me to take it. I called the service manager, Brian, and left a message. He did not call me back. I had to call again to get a hold of him. I told him of my experience and that I'd like to have some consideration on my bill. I explained the situation and that I'd been bringing my '04 Titan there since it was new until I replaced it with my '14 Titan that I had purchased there. He said just because their communication was lacking and they found nothing, they wouldn't refund me any money for my inconvenience. I told him I had been a costumer for 12 years and asked if he was willing to loose my business. He just said that if that's what I had to do then he's ok with it. They have lost my business. More

They were mad at me because I was dropping off my wife's truck (also mine as far as paper work goes) ...instead of her.. This is an oil change and a few other regular maintenance appointment. Should be easy to drop off, have service done and a pick later in the day. Instead I almost called the police because everything turned so heated. Rude and intolerable. Talked to the manager Brian that was incapable of defusing a situation. There was nothing of quality whatsoever during this visit. I left and highly recommend finding another dealer that is more capable in doing their job and working with the public. More

I bought a Maxima from Kline in 2007 and today it has 68000 miles and looks like new. However, the floor on both the passenger and driver sides have rusted through. Both sides have an area about the size of a large football in the exact same areas. This service manager said that the warrantee is expired so there is nothing they would do. I have since gotten the car repaired ($1200.00) after a lot of effort that I will not get into here. I will say that it was recommended by one of the repair facilities I visited, that I contact the NTSB as the rotting floor is a safety issue if not detected soon enough. My point to Kline was that this is an expensive automobile and it is the 21st century. This sort of deterioration should not happen. I have owned numerous, not Nissan, cars and trucks in my lifetime, keeping each 8-12 years and have never seen this sort of issue. Dealers are always very accommodating when you are looking to buy. The purchase experience is always great. What separates a great dealership from the "sales only" dealers is the willingness to be of service to owners regardless of the issue. Kline is not a great dealership! More

When you go shopping for a car, the make and model of the car is important as is that good deal that everyone is always looking for. Really what you are looking for is a dealer that you can trust. When I p car is important as is that good deal that everyone is always looking for. Really what you are looking for is a dealer that you can trust. When I purchased my Nissan, Juke, I was as much shopping for a reputable dealer as I was for the car. In fact, I walked into the Kline Nissan showroom already sold on a red, Nissan Juke, I was shopping for a dealer! As a woman, and a teacher, I depend upon my car. I depend upon my dealer to deliver me service in a time manner. If I am not there to teach because I am tied up without a car, it’s not a good thing. So, I needed to feel reasonably assured that any repairs or maintenance could be performed in a timely fashion with no revisits. I purchased my Juke two years ago. My relationship with Kline has been beyond excellent. The work is performed, the service staff are helpful, friendly, they explain all work to be done and tell me the cost upfront. Their showroom is excellent for waiting, wifi is present. The work on my car is usually done earlier than promised. Everyone in the building is helpful and eager to see to my needs. (Right down to a nice coffee bar with some sweets!) My car is returned to me clean and sparkly and I am given a fond farewell. It is in all ways a delight to visit Kline Nissan. My Juke is a fantastic, super, sporty little car and I am glad that I have found a dealer that I can stay with for the long haul. Yes! When it comes time to buy a new car, I can bet you that I will go to Kline Nissan, a dealer whose sales and service employees aim to please! More
