We are sorry to hear that you do not feel Knauz MINI was your advocate. Our company consistently over the past 78 years has always tried to work with our customers and the manufacturer to try and provide the best customer service possible. We were able to have MINI provide assistance on the first clutch that was replaced. Unfortunately, when we asked for assistance for your second worn clutch approximately 18 months and 15,000 later MINI declined to provide assistance for the second clutch. We would love to have an opportunity to earn back your business.
