Elijah Gaytan should be promoted ✅ I was shopping for a recent model Volkswagen Atlas. I talked to probably about eight dealers and all of them were terrible. The atlas I found here was in all of my specif recent model Volkswagen Atlas. I talked to probably about eight dealers and all of them were terrible. The atlas I found here was in all of my specification range but there was some scuffing and scratching on the trunk. It wasn't clear if those scratches were deep or not. The sales department, including the manager was ready to let the sale go when I asked for them to just quickly buff it. And if it's fine I'll buy the car. They were ready to just pass on the sale. Elijah stepped in and said well let me talk to my body team real quick and within 15 minutes they buffed it out. There were no deep scratches and there were ultimately no problems. Elijah saved the sale when all the rest of the dealership was ready to let it go. Nice job Elijah and if you continue to take care of customers throughout your career, you will have a very successful career sir! More
