They didn’t hear anything that I said, and a last minute gesture of throwing in routine maintenance contract, pittance for the stress this whole process caused me, lies, and extreme pressure made it happen. Shame on me… I learned a whole lot. I got a great car, for an inflated price, and three of the most stressful days of my life. As my teenager would say “no cap”!. (Over a week later and my trade-in is still not paid off! I need to recoup monies for contracts that I’ve already paid into this new car)! Beautiful cars, horrible salesmanship, and management. By the way, did I say that the reason I had to get out of the vehicle was because they wouldn’t honor the former dealers contract on my last car! My service appointment was the impetus for this whole thing. I couldn’t get my car serviced by this dealership so I had to get out of the vehicle as it was about to be out of warranty… There are other dealers… Please do your research, as I did not do mine. Came in about beginning of August. Wanted to trade my hyundai in for an upgrade. Pretty much when it was all said and done they tried to low blow me completely with my trade in and wrap me into a deal with a car that was valued far less than my trade in. They tried to get me to enter into a loan that would have been almost double the worth of the vehicle they tried to sell me. They also informed me that my income was “too much work for them to verify”when all that was required was for me to submit pay check stubs and bank statements (literally could of did that in less than 5 mins thanks to technological advancements). Needless to say they didn’t want to help me, they wanted to place me in a really bad financial bind. Run guys. Until they get new management and a brand new team RUN. Seemed like they were tryna scam me out of money and into a crap contract. Their selection was slim to none, their vehicles were marked up 10k plus on all vehicles. It was a circus. More
What a gross disappointment! Was solicited by Knights Sales Office and told to come in and that they were interested in buying my Jeep. My Overland is fully loaded, under 60k miles full Entertainment package, excellent paint in Garage daily, cleaned weekly, Four Brand new High end tires @5 hundred ea. Purchased on 8/25, one week ago. Sales Department said they had "many Overlands in the lot and that They were VERY MOTIVATED TO PURCHASE. They co texted me three times I got there early, first no Overland on the floor. Second one Overland in the lot. A down grade from one I own. Finally, Kelly Blue Quoted 29k to 30k. I didn't expect to get that but surely more then 22k, Sakes manager ( nice guy) but didn't offer anything higher. Frankly, I went there not expecting a Wow factor🤔. But ironically I got what I expected a WOW factor in a very ddissapointung way. I texted them my disappointment the same day. I never heard back from them what happened to the "highly motivated".😥 I hope they do better for their next customers, but WHAT A TRIP! More
