I should have came here first I was replacing a winter/tow vehicle that had broken down. I spent between two and three months looking for a suitable replacement. But every time I I was replacing a winter/tow vehicle that had broken down. I spent between two and three months looking for a suitable replacement. But every time I'd go looking at various used car lots, I left feeling like I needed to take a shower to wash the slime off. Between poor products and questionable sales tactics such as the hard close or the bait and switch, I'd had about enough. I went into Knudtsen on a Friday, after work, to look at a specific vehicle. I was told before I left work that someone was looking at it and may already be sold. It happens, but I went anyway. From the minute I walked in the door, Emily my email contact and Karl my sales guy, made me feel like an appreciated customer and not a "mark". I explained to Karl what I was looking for and more specifically what I was not looking for. He had some ideas and we went around the lot, eventually finding a vehicle that ticked all the right boxes. I walked in ready to walk away again and ended up spending more than I intended to because of the way I was treated during the whole experience, including filling out paperwork with Bob. I probably could have saved myself months of hassle and worry, had I come here first. More
