Overall good The product Silverado is great, very happy with the truck. The salesman was great he didn't push and answered our questions in way that was easy to un The product Silverado is great, very happy with the truck. The salesman was great he didn't push and answered our questions in way that was easy to understand. The only downside was the financial guy who tried to sell us a ten year extended warranty. At three thousand dollars he stated it was only three hundred dollars a year. It comes with a three year thirty six thousand mile warranty so I would be paying from year four forward. The math doesn't work for me. Stated I could put it on a credit card and cancel after a year if I changed my mind. Throwing three hundred dollars away, which is already covered under the factory warranty. If he would have pushed we would have walked. I have always been a Ford guy but so far I am very satisfied. More
