Went there for a tire I was under the impression was under warranty. They didn’t have the tire and it wasn’t under warranty. Told me it’d be at least 24 hours before they could get the tire. The gave me an estimate of over $200 between the tire and the mounting. I went to Mavis on 25th xx instead. They didn’t the work and it took less than 45 minutes. Every experience I e had a Koch33 has been distressing, frustrating, pricey and down right disappointing. I’ve lost about $23,000 on a car they sold me and did repairs on. I have no trust in them and hope NO ONE ELSE will have the experience I have. Don’t risk it. They’re over priced, unreliable, and down right take advantage of their customers. More
