Mike in Finance, despite being an Eagles fan (I should knock off a star for that but I won't), was quick, friendly and efficient. Their inventory and pricing was unmatched, and I assumed service would take a hit because of that, but definitely not the case here. The delivery process was very simple, straight forward, and quick. No games here at this dealership. I feel like all Toyota dealers should take classes from these folks in how to make the customer happy.
