Horrible incompetent sales department-They have NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS- EVERYONE PASSES BUCK- Sold used car before they checked it out- Had issue- brought in for service (less than one week!) They said needed trans- they couldn't do it- kept it and sold to Wholesaler-(SUPPOSED TO BE OUR CAR!-HAD OUR STUFF IN IT INCLUDING A CARSEAT) WE had to go there and get our stuff!!! THen DAYS later they finally find us another used car- LOTS OF DRAMA- WE are still experiencing - We brought it home- yet all paperwork is NOT DONE ON THEIR END- Today is 4/7/2026 and this started on 3/26/2026- THEY DON"T CALL - THEY TEXT- WHAT TYPE OF DEALERSHIP DOES THAT-WE CALL AND GET VOICEMAILS. WE HAVE EVEN CONTACTED TOYOTA CORPORATE! SO xxxxxx OFF!!! I WOULD LOVE TO NOT RATE ANY STARS TO THIS SALES STAFF! FAILURES!!! More
