Mike in Finance, despite being an Eagles fan (I should knock off a star for that but I won't), was quick, friendly and efficient. Their inventory and pricing was unmatched, and I assumed service would take a hit because of that, but definitely not the case here. The delivery process was very simple, straight forward, and quick. No games here at this dealership. I feel like all Toyota dealers should take classes from these folks in how to make the customer happy. I'll be back when it's time for my wife to replace her 2019 Toyota for sure. They made a believer and customer out of me! More
