When I went to the dealership, i met with Jermaine Phillips. The negotiation process was smooth and simple. The only thing we went back and forth on was the trade in value of our car. Prime was able to find the exact car we were looking for at one of their sister locations and had to us in a couple of days. The other thing that I liked was the hassle free environment. They sold me a car. They didn't push tire insurance, lojack or any of those other fillers that the other dealerships where pushing on me.
