I have had to take a company few vehicles in for oil changes I would like to thank Greg Reissmann at Kocourek in Wausau, WI he is a service advisor. I have had to take a company few vehicles in for oil changes and a recall on a seat-belt. He has always been professional, friendly approachable, and accommodating to appointments. It is nice to see a familiar face. Although I haven't been there to many times he remembers me & the company and always opens the door to a nice waiting area they have if you choose to wait of a nice gentleman who will take you to wherever you need and pick you up as well. They have a TV, free Wi-Fi, Apples, Bottle Water, Magazines, and Coffee. Thanks Greg! More
Outstanding service I have taken my 2012 Equinox in for scheduled maintenance and repairs. I don't see how Kocourek could improve on the service that I receive when I am there. Molly is so friendly and professional that I look forward to seeing her! She has given me recommendations for car performance improvements. She even found a good coupon to help with my repair bill! I love the carwash that comes at the end of the service appt. More

I cannot give a high enough rating to Tony Long and Kocourek Chevrolet. I took my 2005 Colorado in because the check engine light came on. Tony worked me into the daily schedule and got back to me qu Kocourek Chevrolet. I took my 2005 Colorado in because the check engine light came on. Tony worked me into the daily schedule and got back to me quickly with what my problem was. He already had done the research into if it was covered by a service bulletin before he called. He informed me that they could maybe get it fixed by the next day, but wasn't sure, because sometimes things don't go as smoothly as expected. He informed me early enough the next day that they would not be able to get my truck fixed by that day, but he had already taken the time to set a rental car up for me. When he called the next day to tell me the truck was done, he had me come in, explained to me very clearly what was done and even took the time to walk me to the truck and show me what was replaced. He was very professional and informative throughout the entire process. I could not be more satisfied. More
For my wife and I, it's a 100 mile drive, one way, to visit. That in itself tells you something about our satisfaction with this dealership. We've been there three times now and have always been treated with the utmost respect. Their concern for helping us with our concerns is always their main goal. I'm a hands on kind of person, knowing that they always keep me informed and involved. While all this is going on, my wife Jane, patiently waits in the customer lounge. Usually knitting. Once we had everything in order with the car, Terry set up a courtesy car for us to get lunch. Back from lunch the car was ready. After signing some papers and paying our bill, we were on our way home. Oh by the way, the car had been washed. Just another unexpected gesture. Will we go back, YOU BET!!
