OUTSTANDING Service Department To begin, I live in Stevens Point. Late Wed afternoon the fan/blower in my F150 stopped working. With below zero weather approaching I had no heat/no To begin, I live in Stevens Point. Late Wed afternoon the fan/blower in my F150 stopped working. With below zero weather approaching I had no heat/no defroster. I made an emergency call to the service department at 4;00 pm. Patrick Dixon said they were booked solid on Thursday but he would see what he could do to get me. I got to Kocourek around 8:00 am. Thinking I would need to leave the F150 there, I was going to call my wife to have her drive up to get me. Patrick said, let me have someone take a look at it first to see what's wrong before you make the call. At 9:15, after two cups of coffee in the waiting area, Patrick approached with my keys and said, you can go home now. They had replaced a blower motor resistor, no charge, I had the extended 10 year warranty. I was completely blown away. Thank you Patrick, and thank you Kocourek Ford for your outstanding Service Department. This is exactly why I purchased my F150 from you! GJK More

The professionals in the Service Department are attentive, professional, and thorough. Not only did they track down the root cause, but also provided me with options to help me get what I needed. If I broke down in a place too far for Kocourek to come and tow my car in for repairs, I would personally push it until I got close enough to get in to Kocourek. If a meteorite crashed from space and destroyed my Ford, I would walk to Kocourek and buy one there. More
