I had a 7:30 am appt. I started to go home but I was told my inspection & oil change would take 2 hrs so by the time I got home I would have to turn around and come back. I brought my ipad to do work while I my inspection & oil change would take 2 hrs so by the time I got home I would have to turn around and come back. I brought my ipad to do work while I waited. When I arrived to the waiting area there was only 4 people so I figured it would be quick. The ran out of seats. When they wanted to show me something about the lock on the car I got up and lost my seat. I sat in an office after that which was fine until they brought in a woman and her son who didn't stop talking on the phone, so much so, I couldn't concentrate on the work I was trying to get done. I didn't receive any updates to let me know why it was taking so long after an initial call to let me know about brakes and wipers. I thought the tech was almost done at that point but he hadn't really started at 9:45. I received no updates to let me know what was going on. I had to call the service rep at 10:30 asking where my car was. He said the paperwork was coming upfront. Then after I paid I had to complain because no one was bringing the car to me. It took me another 30 minutes to get out of there. I normally have a good experience so I say I will recommend, but if this continues I will say no. More
