Koeppel Nissan definitely put a smile on my face after my decision of getting a new leased vehicle. When walking in, the lady at the front desk was sweet and nice, she wowed me with her personality and hos decision of getting a new leased vehicle. He was fabulous, when asking him what the chances were of getting the car that I want and keep on the same payment as my turn in vehicle, he did not hesitate to check with upper management and get me the car along with the payment that I wanted. I received nothing less from the financial manager LUIS VALERIO who made my paperwork easy and smooth by explaining every paper that I signed. After spending two hours at the dealership, I was driving out in my new 2020 Maxima that I will enjoy for the next three years.
