Always some BS I've purchased 2 cars from Koeppel, both with some dealer shenanigans! First, I left a $500 deposit, agreed on a return date, only to come back on tha I've purchased 2 cars from Koeppel, both with some dealer shenanigans! First, I left a $500 deposit, agreed on a return date, only to come back on that date and find my car sold. 2nd time, the salesman Yunior FLAT OUT LIED TO ME about a warranty. Quoted me a price, with warranty. Get to the closing, I'm told the warranty was extra. Only reason I chose that car was because I was told it was under warranty. Alex, the business mgr, was VERY HELPFUL in trying to rectify the situation more to my satisfaction. The car is great, the sales staff and their BS is something you must be aware of and prepared for.
